Accidentally ported wrong number


I just signed up with this deal everyone has, and I ported mine and my wife's number, but gave the wrong number for hers, self serve won't let me port the number, I tried calling waited 40 mins, but had to get back to work... Why no call back feature? Is there anything I can do to change her number?

You need account information to port numbers so unless you have another number that you own you shouldn't have been able to port a random number. Either way you can only change your number once per billing cycle do this is something you'll have to contact Koodo to get fixed.
