I am unable to access my account for Koodo, and the e-mail address I provided, has already been used. I forgot my password and it is sending me the code to an old email address I no longer use. Is there a way that I would be able to login with my cell phone number ?

You can't sign into self serve using your phone number. You'll need to contact Koodo directly, either by Facebook Messenger, Twitter DM, or by setting up a callback through Koodo assist, and have them reset your self serve account so you can create a new one.
