3 different emails, 1 account


I originally registered with email (A), didn’t get a confirmation email so I tried registering with email (B) and still nothing. Finally I registered with email (C), got a confirmation email, finalized the account but when I try to change my email address to email (A) it tells me the account already exists.

When I try to log in from email (A), I get:

“Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.”

Does Koodo first have to delete the account of email (A) and THEN I can change my email address to email (A)?

[Side note: Email (B) and (C) are under Role Management but there is nothing from email (A)]

Just to confirmed, How many lines do you want from Koodo?

From the description, you tried to open 3 lines? Make sure if that was what you want or otherwise you would be charged triple the amount for 1 line.

I only 1 line with email (A) and to delete email (B) and (C).

Is there a way to delete those 2 accounts? Or only a rep can do it?
