Made payment in full to avoid losing my home phone service altogether, but that allegedly didn't work since my home phone subscription no longer appears in my customer profile. Trying NOT to re-order as I don't want to buy another home phone hub. How can I resolve this!?
i stopped using my koodo prepaid sim a whie ago (not up to 90 days) and since i didnt have automatic top up the line went inactive now i want to resume usage and i cant seem to log in to self serve to top up how can i do this
