So my billing cycle started over at 12:00am tonight.(just 15 mins ago. I haven't been on my phone until I just picked it up to check my balance and it's showing that in the 15 mins it re-started that I have 20 MB of data used and 133 mins used already!! I haven't been on my phone in over 2 hours! Wh...
My family are all on plans that have been discontinued. On self serve I cannot find a summary of the plans which states the number of minutes and data included. Anyone know where to get this information aside from calling Koodo? I do not find this new self serve very user friendly.
I have the $40 Plan. I just took a look at my Plan Overview in Self Serve and notice the following two items that are part of my plan: - Unlimited Local Family Calling - Provisioning Service a) What do each of these mean? and b) How do I make use of them? Thanks!
