It looks like im having the same issue as many others on this forum - i’m starting to wonder if there is an issue.The issue started on the last billing cycle with 1 - $4.99 charge. On this billing cycle, it is charged 5 times (total $24.95), and is called “In-App Purchase”We don’t know what this charge is for, and there is nothing on the detailed breakdown of the bill either. There is no text messages about subscribing to any service.Could we please find a way to stop this charge, and find out what application is causing these charges?Thanks.
Received requested call back to fix billing issue, when answered I was transferred to a line that placed me on hold briefly, then to a ringing line that was never answered. I waited almost 5 minuets and no one picked up. How are we supposed to fix billing issues if there is no customer service?
I have been fighting with Koodo. All agents I talk to openly admit that Koodo put $800 of payments into a closed account. Because it is closed, Koodo tells me the money is lost and demand another $300 or they will cut off my service. When I asked the koodo rep what is the correct account number, he told me that the account number was confidential and he refused to tell me the account number. I fight to call them regarding this matter but to reacha live person is impossible. Has anyone out their run into Koodo stealing and falsifying there billing records. Koodo who admots they stole the $800 has not gone to the credit bureau and lodge a complaint against me. Koodo is destroying my credit rating as a way to extort more money from me. They are all liars, cheats and theives. Koodo rep laughed as he told me the $800 they lost would never be returned to me.
Hi I am going to be in the USA soon for 3 weeks. I would like to have access to texting and my phone.. with some data usage. Most of the time I will have access to Wi Fi.. but I don’t believe I can recieve calls over WiFi? just texts and data. There will be at least 5 days where I will be travelling and would like access to Data- both for texting.. as well as for having easy access to directions- calling my hotel.. Etc.. So I was considering the $75 add on - here… $20 for US unlimited SMS$45 for US unlimited MIN/SMS$75 for US unlimited MIN/SMS + 750MB of data As I feel like the Easy Roam could add up.. at $11 a day.. unless there is a limit to the charges? I usually use about 1 GB a month on my own plan.. so it’s not that much less.. but then I was told that my data will get used faster as it will be on a different network in the states.. I was curious if anyone had advice. Thank you.
Hi there! I am running a Sony Xperia XZ2 - while I am able to make and receive calls, and connect to mobile data (at speeds maxing out at only about 10Mbps), I am unable to send (and likely receive) MMS text messages. When attempting, I see the message “MMS is not available on this network.” I have tried all the APN settings, including those listed by Kodoo (which didn’t solve the problem) - https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone and elsewhere - https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/koodohttps://www.4gapn.com/ca/en/koodohttps://techbiote.com/koodo-apn-settings/Is there an updated, definitive set of network settings that I should be using, or is it possible there’s another reason I can’t do MMS (and that my data speed isn’t great)?Thanks!

I am currently visiting in the United States. I have gotten easy roam $11 charges twice while I was at home on Wifi. I have my data, mobile data, automatic updates & automatic app updates all turned off. I have not answered or made any phone calls or sent any texts. I should not be getting these charges.
I’m a new Koodo client. I received my first bill and tried to pay it via Self Serve. I’m using the right card number; it’s a Canadian VISA card; and I keep getting “error”. The card has plenty of room and works everywhere else… but NOT on the Koodo site. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I have a permanent notification of "New voicemail", when i click to see what is my new voicemail mail they ask me for a "Voicemail mail number" i already be in my provider and ask for this and he doesn't have any idea and send me to call a help center, when you call they send you to the website, i dont know what to do, please help, i cant even heard any voicemail
Last few months, i travel outside of canada so used seasonal hold plan. Today i back in Canada. So sceduled callback to activate my plan after changing plan myself with self serve. However, i made an callback appointment and kept waiting, but I couldn't answer the phone. How can i activate my phone?
In May 1,l successfully set up pre-authorized payments.But, in may 3,Tuesday, I received two same emails that told me the payment was declined and charged me 25 dollars.On Tuesday ,my bank account still have over 1000 dollars credit available. Yesterday, Thursday, I could pay the bill through the same bank account. I can't understand?If my bank account doesn't allow me to set pre-authorized, the Koodo should tell me first .Koodo should not change me .It was not my fault.I don't know how to connect Koodo to fix this. I don't want to waste time with some system.
I ordered a Motorola phone in November and registered the purchase to receive a Lenovo Chromebook as soon as the phone arrived by mail. The email said expect an 8-10 week wait. It has been 14 weeks. Any advice? Has anyone actually received the Chromebook they registered? I corresponded with koodo customer service representatives and they said it's not their problem.
I'm really upset about losing out on the free Chromebook offer. I'm sitting waiting for a voucher or some other indicator how I can get this after purchasing my Motorola Ace phone. Finally I Google it and find out I had to register the phone a month ago to get it. So basically I replaced my Samsung A70 for no reason as the Motorola is no improvement on it. But now I have to go at a 2 year tab when my Samsung was already paid for. The 5G network is not any faster. I'm really angry at this.

Hi, I recently changed my number (~30 minutes ago). I was on a call at the time of the change and I hung up shortly after. I’ve been able to make calls and my texts still go through it’s just the number is the same as my old one. I’ve restarted my phone 3 times now and it hasn’t updated. Do i just wait longer, or is there a problem?
