I want to change my plan via self service. My billing cycle ends on 31st of every month so if I change my plan today it will be effective today. I m very much disappointed with your customer service on phone and especially at Devonshire Mall (Windsor ON) Kiosk. I have email Koodo thrice and request them to give me a call so I can explain my issue but still no call from Koodo. I hope they will call back soon.
