Got my Koodo sim card today, so I went through the self-serve to port my old number. I never received a confirmation text and I tried porting about 4 hours ago. Self-serve is showing my old number as my new Koodo number, but my old service is still active.
I closed my Koodo account in November 2020. Now that I’m trying to access my account to have access to my statements for filling my taxes, I found out that my access to self-service was removed. I checked one month about and it was still working.How do I get access to my 2020 statements?
