By the way after numerous emails & phone calls to the web store & koodo reps no one told me that I could pay the tab on the origional order then order the other phone & send the origional back for credit, until my last conversation after the other phone wss now out of stock.
I would like to change an s9 for the s10e, my concern is though if i return the s9 will my wife's plan also revert back to her original plan as well as clearing the tab ? The plan offer was the reason for the phone upgrade ! Is there a number that I can contact an actually customer service person...
I was thinking around $40 I have unlimited minutes & text & 1gb for $45, my wife has 300 minutes 300 mbs & unlimited text for $35, would like to bump hers up a bit but not able too without a big jump in price or lacking 1 feature or the other for around the same price as she pays now.
