Thank you Mats. Do i need to call telus and ask them to cancel the plan or is it automatically cancelled?
I tried to talk to next person and he solved it. Thanks for your help. It was not to do with the browser as the first person told me. Only the problem was waiting time
But I am not being able to access to my account so I was asking the problem as the message I get is account needs approval and the answer i got was I need google chrome
