So, LG or Koodo doens't just replace your phone with a new one if something is defective in the first few months? It has to be sent for repair?

hi - I could take a screenshot, but it would be many screens, as you would see the list of phones offered...but not the LG G5....

Tried that as well - it's in my cart, then when I log in, the cart is empty and now the phone is not an option.
