I gave Koodo a call and they have credited my account. It took about 5 minutes and everything is fine now. Tip: If you have to call Telus Optik TV in Alberta do not call 403-310-MYTV, as this is the second time this has happened to me by calling that number. Thanks! Steven
It says I placed an outgoing call to Oklahoma City, which just didn't happen. I do have Canada wide calling but no long distance, as I never make long distance calls. It is just weird how it shows up that I called that number when I clearly called a local 403 number.
