My complaint is on escalating. Have yet to hear from a supervisor. Even though Ive requested several times for a supervisor to contact me
I dont reccommend Esecuritel for warranty. They suck even after Koodo helped try to resolve my case. My case has not been resolved. Case still ongoing since Sept 2
Yes I did. I told them several times. They told me its not their business tocall Canada Post to file a report. Its up to the customer yet Canada Post said its up to them since it was their mailing label
