What's interesting is now that we have to pay for the phone during the 24 months, we sill have to pick the top rated plans even if koodo isn't contributing anymore And even if they are were still contributing for the phone, we still are paying for it. ($21 × 24 months = $504 the full tab)
Just an example if I walked into a store and had no other ID other than health card and presented it to obtain say smokes or a scratch ticket. The retailer must accept it for the purpose of ID. Sadly if koodo doesn't carry the one I want I'm changing over to fido as I know they will have the one I want and they currently have a better promotion for what is equivalent to tab large here. $99 unlimited calling in canada and 4gb promo. So we will see soon I guess.
To be elligible for the Sim only plan you cannot have an amount owing on a tab. If you don't owe on the tab you should be able to either go to a kiosk or self serve. If neither of those are working for you, call koodo and explain it to then and they shouldn't charge you a fee.

Don't worry Wayne, I know someone with bad credit and owed telus with no credit card and was approved with a credit limit on file so you never know unless you try everyone is different. Also income is not a factor in the credit making decision with koodo. Just Mae sure you pay your bill on time i...
Koodo doesn't currently offer sharing of data or even minutes. So the answer would be no. We could see that in the future but not right now. However if your both near each other, the phone with the data could enable tethering and the phone without data would connect to it via wifi.
