CRTC or competition bureau should step in and give these guys a smack across the head first of all VoLTE light years behind the competition and now RCS. For god sakes how about taking some initiative for once instead of doing nothing until enough customers have to complain to make positive change.
@srlawren Not sure looks like it is using an old profile for me since it shows Member since 12 November 2013...I tried to use regular login but didn't work have to choose self serve. Guess I'd probably have to create a new 'community' profile. Agreed about the PM forums much preferred over current...
