Sorry to bring this up again, but I can't log in to one of my prepaid accounts. I keep getting the "Generic Error - oops" page. I can log in with another of my prepaid accounts so I don't know what is going on?? I cannot access *611 from the phone as my husband has it away at work.

Thanks. I'm going to try my SIM in my husband's koodo phone and see how that goes. Since it doesn't happen with every call I'll probably have to snitch his phone for a week or so to fully test it. I checked those settings and it is already set up for "automatic"
