If it comes with a new SIM, call in to Koodo (from a different phone, as your current phone will not work once the sim is swapped). I had this issue. I did what was suggested and even called into Koodo to help. The only thing that worked permanently was a factory reset. Calling your own number, leaving a message, and then deleting the message only worked until the phone was restarted. PS.. I had this problem for the Galaxy S2X
