I'm not sure if we can jump to any conclusions Ahmad. Frazer does have a point in terms how much time he spent on the whole thing. Koodo should have fixed for him for sure. In his other post he said he talked to a helpful rep who seemingly also dropped the ball making promises etc.
What do you mean it broke? Are you sure it's not on the receiving end that things broke? What cell phone company your friend or family is with in Austria? We've seen it here before that certain countries with certain phone companies don't work because of no agreements between koodo and them.
