Can anyone explain why the S23 Ultra 512GB is listed as $2335

It’s 1649 from Samsung or from Best Buy.

Funny enough if you add the down payment of $858 and then $33/month for 24 months, its $1650.

It almost looks like Koodo, Rogers, Bell, etc are trying to scam us by suggesting we are getting a deal on the phone by signing a 2 year contract.

They want people to buy a phone on the tab. They sell phones outright but only with a huge markup. It would be ludicrous to buy a phone outright from Koodo, but the option is there. Caveat Emptor.

they are selling a phone with markup. The price is “carrier” price and not MSRP. If you want the price from Samsung directly, you would have to go through Samsung

It’s also cheaper to pay installments over a 36-month period at 0% interest when you order through the Samsung website.

Yea I think I’m going to have to cancel my order to get it straight from Samsung.  Cuz, that’s just BS.

They pretend like they are giving you a deal, when its the same price while locking you in to a 2 year contract.
