UPS Tracking: Waiting for address update

Hello all,

I ordered my phone last week and it was supposed to come in on Monday, but there was apparently an issue where they did not have my unit number. I called UPS twice last week and they said they updated the address but the tracking still shows that the address needs to be updated. 

Any idea how long this process normally takes to update and when I can expect this?

As the package was in transit, the status of the package is in the hand of UPS. You would have to contact UPS (which you did) to know more about it.
