Can i return the postpaid SIM if I did not activated or registered on self serve?

I'm doing this because I want to change my postpaid plan

You don’t need to change sim cards to change your plan. What you’re saying sounds off. Do you want to cancel your line? Or just change your plan?

I want to change my plan but that plan is only for new users

@Tarasingh We can see that you signed up a few days ago. If you received the sim card, this is already activated (it is activated once shipped to you). You should have received the activation link to register your self serve account.

Which plan are you inquiring about?

Unfortunately, the $34 20Gb plan is not available as a rate plan change, it is currently available in certain areas for new activations, in select stores

In this case, per your original question, you still have the option to cancel within 15 days.

You’ll have to schedule a callback. Koodo doesn’t do number porting between Koodo lines, so unfortunately if you need to keep your number, it’ll have to be a double port. If you don’t need your number, cancel and create a new line with Koodo.

FYI there’s now a $35/30GB plan. It may yet get cheaper as Fido has it for 34 atm. Also, if you don’t need roaming/tabs, Public Mobile has the same black friday plans with unlimited throttled data.

 

Edited. Someone on here said they were able to get a rep to change it. I’d try it first when you get a call back.
