Returning a phone

Hey, quick question I have a line on my account for my friend and her phone broke so we upgraded her phone and I wound up with an $1100 bill. We bought the phone online and obviously didn’t realize the crazy charges. We called within the 30 days and were told we would be able to return the phone and they would send us an email to be able to send it back.within the 30 days and were told we would be able to return the phone and they would send us an email to be able to send it back.

 

It’s been around five days and I still haven’t got the email to send it back. I just called customer service and got hung up on twice while being transferred to the web store department or whatever it is. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for another callback. I guess I have two questions one has anyone else had this problem with Koodo? And two am I still going to qualify to be able to send the phone back? Or am I going to get stuck with this ridiculous bill because they didn’t send me the email in the appropriate amount of time? I guess I actually have three questions. I didn’t realize I could schedule a call back with the actual web store or again whatever it is department who actually deals with this stuff and are the people who are supposed to be sending me the email and are the ones who I kept getting hung up on when they were transferring me. So when I was scheduling another call back for tomorrow morning I made one with the actual, Koodo people and then when I realized I could make one with the web store, I made them with them as well, but I accidentally made them at the same time, so first, how do I know which one is calling and second does anyone know if there’s a way that I can cancel the first call back that I requested? Because I don’t want to talk to Koodo I want to talk to the web store. And I don’t wanna have to talk to Koodo and have them try to transfer me and get hung up on. I’d have to schedule another call back because it’s turning to get ridiculous and I’m starting to get very frustrated!have them try to transfer me and get hung up on. Koodo will honor the return from the date you requested. Just make sure you kept record of it (email or phone calls). Not sure what was the delay with return. The webstore didn’t work on weekend though. So only 2,3 days has passed. I assumed you have sent email to the webstore? koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com

As well, did you check your junk/spam email to see if anything was sent there?

Regarding the callback, you could ask the rep when you speak with them and make sure you can speak with a person from webstore.
