Refund Not Yet Received

I ordered a phone online and paid for it, my order was then cancelled a couple weeks later due to Koodo not receiving their shipment of phones.  The communication I received said my bank had been sent the refund but I still do not see a refund and it has been a week.  Just wondering how long refunds typically take to process.
