Rate change on Black Friday

I ordered two sims Friday last week on the $34/20 gig plan, and have yet to receive them. In the meantime on the weekend I see the $34 plan now includes 30 gig. Is it possible to change the original plan to the 30gig plan before I switch my numbers over to Koodo?

You can schedule a callback on koodo.com/chat and you should be able to get it updated.

Well I did the callback route, and got transferred around. Apparently once the order is placed, it “cannot be changed”. I would have to cancel the order and start over. Well that sounds like a pain and it’s not going to happen. I haven’t even got my sims yet, and so far Koodo has not got off to a great start. I was able to order one sim online, but any credit card I tried to use would not allow me to order a second sim online. Fortunately a helpful agent was able to sort it out, and reversed the $60 charge that normally would apply. I am hoping the actual phone service is better!
