Promo code not eligible for cart

Yesterday I received a text message from Koodo with a special promo code. I added a phone to my cart and entered my promo code and it worked, however I decided not to go through with the purchase at that time and my cart expired. 

When I tried adding the promo code again once I was ready to go through with my purchase, it said the code wasn’t eligible for my cart, but it worked earlier in the day. I suspect I’d need a new validation code, is there a quick way to do that? The code is valid until November 24th.

Did you add the exact same phone and deal to your cart the second time around?
Have you tried using a different device or browser and see if it goes through on there?
