Phone upgrade

I’m currently on the $45 for 40 gig BYOD plan. I’m trying to get the Samsung S23FE on the Tab Mid (I’m not eligible for Tab Plus). I’ve selected the 60 gig for $65 plan which is required in order to get the Tab Mid. I then enter my credit card info for the shipping fee and click submit. It says it’s processing and then it comes up saying that “The price plan is not valid” and gives me an option to search for a store. I don’t want to go to a store as I’ve already been charged a $60 connection fee when I started up at the end of Oct. I’ve got a scheduled call back for tomorrow morning, but I’m hoping that someone here might have an idea as to what’s happening so that I can maybe get this resolved tonight.

So you are just recently become a Koodo customer? Have you received your first bill yet? I wonder if that was the reason for the error message. 

The first bill has posted, but I haven’t paid it yet.

You could try to pay the bill in self-serve (so the payment can be received instantly) and try to upgrade again. If that doesn’t work, you might have to ask the rep when you receive a call back from them tomorrow.
