Hi There! I am looking to change my plan and I can include a new phone.

The message I am getting is: Heads Up! Due to global supply challenges, this phone’s currently on backorder so you might experience shipping delays. Please note: Billing for upgrade orders will start as soon as your order is approved.

My question is: Will I be paying for the new phone “tab” before I even get it? The order can be approved and I don’t have the phone yet?

Yes. You’re paying for 24 months no matter what, but the charge starts with once the order is made.
