Just switched from Telus to Koodo this afternoon and now my phone doesn’t accept incoming calls and I can’t call out. I’ve turned my phone off and on but still nothing

Did you port your number over? 

When you did, did you get a port confirmation text that you needed to reply to on your Telus sim?

Did you start the port transfer on your Koodo Self-Serve account? Have you followed the steps in the following link? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

If you are still experiencing issues, it is possible the port transfer did not completely go through. In that case, you may want to consider reaching out to a rep in the Koodo porting team. If the number port problem persists and since you cannot receive incoming calls, your next best option is to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or a DM via Twitter.
