Order Cancelled but no explanation

Hi,

My order (HFO33441909) was approved then cancelled by Koodo on 20 June 2022. 

Your order has been cancelled. Please check your email for details. Any refunds will be submitted to your bank, and any Tab and rate plan updates will be reversed.

I ordered on 17 June 2022.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Allan, no email yet. Thanks. Just trying to understand what might happened. I sent an email to koodo webstore to get some answers.

Apparently it is at least a 10 week wait to hear from Koodo, so buckle up. Sorry to hear about your issue.

@jinju kim  Hi there, sorry to hear that your order was canceled. Usually, orders are canceled as the phone is an EOL(end of life). and the order was canceled as per the inventory request.

The cancelation email is usually followed by another email explaining the reason. Since you already reached out to the Webstore, you should receive an answer shortly.
