Online order no email

I made an online order for upgrading my phone, had it process, and the “today charges” left my account, and I received a order number, but I never go an email. I tried using the Order Tracker, but when I enter my email, it just says 
Oops..
Order number or email you entered does not match our records. Please try again.

Note: Orders 30 days prior to today won't be shown here.”

I don’t have any additional emails to this account so i’m just confused, I also scheduled a callback and was disappointed that the person who I talked to, got my information, then said he couldn’t confirm my order details for some reason.
