offer not working

I received an offer via text to upgrade my phone and the tab balance would be waived. When I try to do this and check out it tells.me my tab balance will be added to my next bill. Help

Was there any further instruction in the offer?

If I recall correctly, they would give you the credit once you finish the upgrade.

However, to be safe, I suggest you save or take the snapshot of the offer given to you in case any problem happens later.

There were no instructions or code. I followed the link in the text and when I went to checkout it stated I had an outstanding tab that would be applied to my next bill. 

I may give that a try and see what happens. I will take a screen shot of the text. It gives a date of when it expires. The only problem is that you never get to speak to a real person when there is an issue.
