I’m a new customer… my phone arrived amazingly fast - I ordered yesterday and just got the phone now. But the problem is that I don’t have a phone number. So I can’t register for the Self Help options to be able to get the phone set up and my existing number transferred.
I think there is supposed to be an email with my new phone number but I haven’t gotten it yet? Any way to figure this out? The chat bot doesn’t like any of my questions!
