Koodo customer support is terrible - going elsewhere

I've been with Koodo for almost a decade but I'm fed up.

First the website doesn't work to order a new phone. Says I need to go to store.

When I get to the store, they say it's an online only offer and they won't honour it.

Try to contact them on the phone to figure out out and they don't call at the time they said they would so I miss the call. Book another call and finally talk to a human.

After a half hour on the phone, they claim that the offer doesn't apply to me and they won't honour it.  Even though I'm logged in and seeing it as my personal deal.

Enough is enough. I'm going elsewhere. I'd send this all in an email to Koodo but they don't accept emails. Of course they don't.

Can you post a screenshot of the deal you’re seeing in self serve?

Thanks.  I had my issue resolved in the end in the only way you ever get a telco issue resolved: call the cancellations line and tell them you’re leaving unless your issue is resolved.  Then magically they can do all the things that the regular call centre people say is impossible.
