Bought Pixel Pro 8 Oct 18 paid $683 upfront, same phone and tab plan today is $174 upfront - how do I get credit? Between a bunch of Spanish talking to support they say not possible. Help! I could return the phone and order a new one, but this is ridiculous.

If you bought it in store, go back to the store and they can adjust it.

I’m on the phone with Koodo right now, their response : ‘computer says NO’ - but I will try emailing them - thanks
