Bought Pixel Pro 8 Oct 18 paid $683 upfront, same phone and tab plan today is $174 upfront - how do I get credit? Between a bunch of Spanish talking to support they say not possible. Help! I could return the phone and order a new one, but this is ridiculous.
If you bought it in store, go back to the store and they can adjust it.
