Hello Mobile Master! I have a prepaid account have not been used for three months (I didn't put enough money for monthly cost), now I cant login and the web shows "Your login has been disabled. Please contact Koodo Customer Service.".I still want to use this account because I still have some "talk time" and “Communication flow” not been used. So I wanna ask about that : May I still use this account? If I can, what should I do? or If it is not possible, what can I do with the serve have not been used in that account?

If your prepaid base plan has not been paid for three months it gets deactivated. The only way to resume service is to purchase another sim card and open a new account.
