I opened up a prepaid account a year ago for my son to use. It has been billing regularly to my credit card and I have been topping it up automatically with minutes from time to time. He received a text yesterday saying that his plan had ended. I cannot login to self-serve today. What happened? Are prepaid plans only for a year? I did not receive any prior notification that the plan was going to end - I would have liked to continue it.

Pre-paid plans continue as long as you maintain payment, plus 90 days. You would receive no prior notice of it closing, though, if payments cease. Double check your credit card statement to confirm payments have been withdrawn in the past months, and if so, contact Koodo by phone or Private Message on Facebook or DM on Twitter, to request reinstatement.
