why pay for an unlimited setup that i can't use

i changed my baseplan to the $35 with unlimited text and video messaging and also unlimited incoming calls and unlimited evenings and weekends ... why can't i make a call it is the weekend i get told my account balance is $0.00 yet they changed my billing cycle dates

Since you have a prepaid plan, you need to make sure there's the right amount of money for the base plan in your account before you can use it. It's not a bill nor are there cycle dates.
