why is my subscription suspended ?

i actually topped up my account, after that i have changed the base plan from 25$ to 35$ and it didn't work for an all night, that is why i decided to return it into 25$ but it still not working!!!! what should i do????? help!!!

Yikes Aicha, every time you change your base plan, you use up the credit you have... but since this is obviously not what you intended, I suggest you call Koodo (*611) and explain the situation. I'm sure they will be lenient for once 🙂 In the future, when you change your plan, notice that it will use the credit you have, and also resets your plan to day 1 again. If you want a different base plan, change it one day BEFORE your plan is about to expire and only once - don't change it back and forth!
