Why I am not able to change my name?

Why I am not able to change my name? I got married and now I cannot change the name on my account and since my credit card was changed my payments are not going through. Please help. I don't want to change providers.

You will need to give koodo a call to change your name since you wont be able to do it on self serve.

I dont want to change providers eithers.

To answer your first question, you are not able to change your name on Self Serve to prevent fraud, since proof is required - hence the need to call in.
