Why does my base plan say it is expired even though I have sufficient funds in my account?


I do the automatic top up thing so I don't have to worry about not ever having enough funds in my account or forgetting to add to it. I currently have $120.00 in it and do the basic base plan of $15.

Call customer service and they will be able to tell you what happened and if it can be fixed, they're the only ones who will be able to tell you as they can see your account You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
