Why do I get a text saying my account doesn't have enough money to top up even though I do?


3 days prior to my renewal day, I get there messages: Koodo just a heads up, your base plan will renew in 3 days. The amount will be deducted from your account balance. Then, I get another one saying: Koodo: You don't have enough money in your account to renew your account to renew your plan. Top up in the next 2 days to avoid disruption to your service. Meanwhile, I go to the Koodo website to find that I still have enough money to top up my account. This is annoying! 😨

Please call 611 to speak to a rep who has access to your account information. All we can do is speculate.

Is it possible that you top upped later than usual? Because I remember one time, I top upped a day after the 3 day text came and then I got the "You haven't top upped yet" when I did, assuming that at the time, it didn't appear that I did. Nevertheless, I don't think you should worry and if you are curious, just contact Customer Care via email/calling.
