3 days prior to my renewal day, I get there messages: Koodo just a heads up, your base plan will renew in 3 days. The amount will be deducted from your account balance. Then, I get another one saying: Koodo: You don't have enough money in your account to renew your account to renew your plan. Top up in the next 2 days to avoid disruption to your service. Meanwhile, I go to the Koodo website to find that I still have enough money to top up my account. This is annoying!
