why can't i choose the base plan at step 3?

It was to activate my number. After I chose my number at step 2, I couldn't choose the plan for the next step. 
Browser is Google Chrome

Hmmm, strange... what happens when you try it in incognito mode? If you get the error again, could you post a screenshot please?

You'll have to call Koodo to activate your prepaid service. Got the same exact error, thankfully Koodo didn't charge me the $15 for the activation. Koodo needs to fix this asap.
