why can I not register my credit card on prepaid

I had card registered then it wouldn't work so I tried to re register it now I can not get any cards to register on my prepaid account

Hi Jack,

If you can't get the credit card applied to your account via self serve you will need to call customer service. You can dial *611 from your Koodo phone and press 0 to speak with a representative, it's a free call. If you call from another phone you can dial 1-866-995-6636 and press 0 as well to speak to someone. Their hours of operation are as follows: Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm
