Where is my $?

I had an account under another email.  There was $ on that account.  Where is my credit?  Why was it necessary to cancel my account?

If your base plan is expired for more than 90 days your prepaid account will be terminated and any funds remaining will be forfeit. That's in the terms of service.

A lot of people use prepaid service for burner phones or for temporary service while traveling. In order for an account to stay active it needs a number attached. Since there are only so many numbers to go around, providers don't want to keep thousands of numbers tied up just in case the users ever decide to reactivate their service.
