When we are activating new Tab, can we keep our existing plan? Especially in a scenario where we have QC plan while staying in ON. TIA

Hi there!

If you are a resident of Ontario then your account is not eligible to have QC/SK/MB plans.

So if you are planning to upgrade in store or online, system will force a plan change and your options will be in market plans for Ontario.

Camilo is correct in this case. If you are living in Ontario and have an Ontario address then you will need an Ontario plan. It might work for a bit of time, but after a while Koodo catches on and will change your plan to an in-market plan if you don't.

Needed if you are going through Koodo either with a rep or at the kiosk
