Whats this????


I bought a prepaid sim card just a little while ago.. its been hours already and its still not working I activated it already too.. i dont understand why I cant log In at the Prepaid customers. they said its invalid. whats happening here??????

Hi Cj, I'm not sure what's happening, but let's try to get you sorted 🙂 First, to activate take a few hours usually, but you can speed it up by switching off your phone, remove the battery (if possible) and SIM card for a few minutes, then switch it back on, that should get you going. As for logging in to the website, are you using this link? http://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com and did you click "Register now" to create your new account?
