You should have provided an email address when you signed up for Koodo - They do not assign one. You should also have received an email to finalize your self-serve account setup, including choosing a password at that time.

You can contact Koodo, if you did not receive such an email ,and confirm they have correct info for your account.  I suggest a private message to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account as being a better choice than a call to *611.

Your login email is the one you r gave to Koodo when you signed up.
