We deserve a better prepaid plan.

Even if we buy just to send messages, we deserve to receive calls without paying for that.

With all Canadian carriers you pay for incoming calls... I don't like it but that is the way it is. (Mind you, in Europe you pay extra to call a cell phone, which is equally ridiculous) You can update your base plan though, for $35 per month you can have unlimited incoming as well as unlimited (local!) 5PM/weekend calling 🙂

In Brazil you can pay for the minimum and receive any calls you can... I don't call others too much, however it is important to have the opportunity to receive. C'mon... That's ridiculous!

I wonder what other customers subscribed to other competitors having same $15 base plan for texting will think of that?

But again, in Brazil the caller pays extra to phone to a cell number... in Canada it is a bit more fair. The caller pays the regular cost, and the receiver (who chooses to have a cell phone) pays the incoming bit... unless they upgrade to a plan which includes that. I don't make the rules, I don't even like them, but I don't get to change 'm either 😃 Koodo has the cheapest prepaid rates, 5 cents for incoming calls, I dare you to find a better rate in Canada 🙂
