want to register my previously used phone


i just got a friends old phone, how do i erase their phone number so i can register the phone myself? it's an LG Banter

i've tried reprogramming it a few times now, but i get a message saying "programming unsuccessful" its a cdma phone so it has no sim card if that makes any difference

If you followed the instruction and still didn't work, call Koodo from different phone at 1-866-995-6636 option 6 for tech support ( or press 0 few times) Tell them you tried reprogramming yourself - followed instruction-, but it didn't work. They will help you out 🙂

Im pretty sure Koodo no longer supports CDMA.

I know It will be shut down soon. I haven't see the official date for it, but I heard it will happen at the end of 2014 or sometime in 2015.

It may be available to use if you still have an active device but if the device isn't active i don't think there is a way to activate any longer, again calling Koodo will get you all the answers *611 from any Koodo phone or 18669956636 for any non Koodo device

You will definitely need Koodo's help in activating this (re: CDMA, no sim). Let us know if you run into any difficulties, good luck!
