user name email not found

unable to log in to Self Serve even after receiving bill notification through emails.  worked last week...what's up?

Apparently numerous Koodo customers are having prepaid access issues. Ongoing since Oct 11th. They are working on it.

Chris is post-paid I'm assuming.
Make sure you are logging into the monthly customer self-serve.
